What are your payment methods?
We have a QRPh which accepts major banks and e-wallets. Just scan the QR code during checkout.
How do I get my order?
For Metro Manila Orders: You can pick up your orders via express courier (Grab or Lalamove) or personal pick up. Courier booking and fees are to be arranged and shouldered by the customer.
Reminder: Only book your courier AFTER we've notified you that your order is ready. Please provide your driver with your FULL NAME and ORDER # for smoother turnover.
For Provincial Orders: Your order will be shipped via J&T. We will send you tracking details when we handover your package to the courier.
When do I get my order?
Upon ordering, it takes 1-2 business days to process. We will contact you (via your preferred contact method) when your order is ready for pickup.
Where are you located?
We are located in Del Monte, Quezon City*. Full address and details will be given when your order is ready for pickup.
*This is not a physical store. It's a fulfillment and pickup point ONLY.
We are open from Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm. Pickup attempts outside of business hours may not be accommodated.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
